Must haves for Pregnancy

Good pregnancy books

Lotion for dry & stretching skin (Coco Butter or specialty pregnancy lotions), plus a good face mask and skin care regimen. 

Comfortable shoes (tennis, Berks, slippers) and comfortable clothes included loose fitting jeans and shirts that actually cover the belly, at least 4-5 good pairs of maternity shorts/pants, 8-10 shirts, granny panties or the new hip hugger panties that won’t hurt your belly and a good maternity bra.

Ginger tea and Preggie Pops and drops are some of the top recommendations for MS relief.

Several women recommended pillows – from the full body pillows, support pillows, to just lots of extras, and one between the legs to help get comfortable in bed.

While some women craved cheese, summer sausage and orange juice; others added fruit to their must have list.
